Delivery time may differ upon the delivery location of your order. It will take 1-2 days for orders within Colombo City Limits and 1-3 days for orders within suburbs and for outstation orders it will take 2-5 days. This time may differ upon various circumstances.

Your order is delivered through one of our delivery partners, which is a local courier company.

We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka; you can see in checkout form if there is any delivery charge associated to your area of delivery.

You should not pay anything more than the amount mentioned on the package under any circumstance. If the delivering rider asks for more than the amount, please inform us immediately through our hotline: 0114225925.

One of our agents will contact you through phone for the confirmation of the order and he/she will guide you through the process of the order if your order is a Cash On Delivery order. If you have paid for the order through the payment gateway your order will be confirmed automatically and the order confirmation page will appear.

You can pay with any Debit or Credit cards which supports VISA, Mastercard and Amex. You can use Digital payment methods such as Frimi, EZcash, mCash or you can pay using Cash on delivery (COD) payment method instead where you can pay the amount of the package to the delivery partner upon the delivery of the package.

Naturia offers multiple payment methods with our trusted payment gateway partner (Payhere Pvt Ltd) that use secure encryption technologies to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

No, you cannot tear the package before accepting it from the delivery partner since we are delivering through third party courier companies.

If the item is out of stock, we can notify once it’s in our stock. All you have to do this copy the item link from the web browser and send a mail to us.

You can simply review your order status and past orders by going to my account and click order history. You can click the order number to review the full order details.

Of course, you, can simply fill the details and the delivery address of the recipient. Please note that cash on delivery orders requires the NIC number of the recipient.

Through your Naturia account you can easily view your order details at any time and you can simply edit your personal details at any given time.
